1. Agreement to These Terms

Riot After Nine, operated under Next Gate Games (referred to here as "we," "us," or "our"), runs the following game servers: ALAB, TALA, HAVOC, FURY, KALAYAAN, STRIFE, ALAMAT, and WRATH (together, the "Servers"). Accessing, installing, or playing on any of the Servers means you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Servers.

2. How You May Use the Servers

The Servers are meant for personal, non-commercial enjoyment, and we ask that every player help keep the community welcoming and respectful.

Any behavior that damages, exploits, or interferes with the Servers, our systems, or the experience of other players is not allowed.

3. Who Can Play

Access is limited to adults. To use the Servers, you must be 18 years of age or older, or have reached the legal age of majority where you live if that age is higher. We do not allow anyone below this age to participate, and we may verify your age at any time.

4. Your Account

Should you register an account, keeping your login details safe and private is your responsibility, and account credentials must never be shared with anyone.

Everything done through your account is treated as your responsibility, whether or not you authorized it.

5. Ownership of Game Materials

Mincoms is the original rights holder and owns all rights, titles, and interests in the underlying game, including its artwork, code, names, and branding.

Riot After Nine and Next Gate Games operate the Servers. All such rights remain with Mincoms, and nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the underlying game to you.

Any modifications, customizations, or new content that Next Gate Games independently develops for the Servers are owned by Next Gate Games, subject to Mincoms' rights in the underlying game.

You may not reproduce, reuse, distribute, or share any part of the game content or our modifications without prior written approval.

6. Content You Submit

By posting or submitting content while using the Servers, you give us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to display, store, and use that content within the Servers.

You remain accountable for whatever you submit, and your content must follow the law and respect the rights of others.

7. Free to Play and Voluntary Donations

The Servers are free to play. We do not sell the game, and no payment is required to access or enjoy it.

Any payment you make is a purely voluntary donation that helps cover the cost of running the Servers. Donations are optional and are never a condition of playing.

Donations are non-refundable except where required by law, and they do not entitle you to ownership of any in-game content, nor to any transferable real-world value.

8. Suspension and Removal of Access

We may limit, pause, or permanently end your access to the Servers at any time, with or without prior notice, whether due to a breach of these Terms or for any other reason we consider appropriate.

Please note: Any breach of our Real Money Trading leads to an immediate and permanent ban, with no warning and no right of appeal. Selling, purchasing, exchanging, gifting, or trading accounts, characters, items, in-game currency, ranks, or perks for cash, cryptocurrency, or anything carrying real-world value is strictly forbidden.

We may revise this section over time, so please check back periodically.

9. No Warranties

The Servers are made available to you "as is" and "as available." We make no promises or guarantees about their accuracy, dependability, uptime, or suitability for any particular use.

10. Limits on Our Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we cannot be held responsible for any losses or damages of any kind — direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive — that result from your use of the Servers.

11. Applicable Law

These Terms of Use are interpreted and enforced under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, setting aside any conflict-of-law rules.
