Riot After Nine, operated under Next Gate Games ("we," "us," or "our"), respects your privacy. This policy describes what information we gather, why we gather it, and how we handle it when you use our game servers — ALAB, TALA, HAVOC, FURY, KALAYAAN, STRIFE, ALAMAT, and WRATH (the "Servers"). By using the Servers, you agree to the practices set out below.
The Servers are free to play. We do not sell the game or require any payment to access or enjoy it. Any contributions are made as purely voluntary donations that help cover running costs, and they are never required to play.

- Details you give us — the username, profile information, phone number, messages, and any content you choose to share, along with information you provide through forms, applications, support tickets, or appeals.
- Account and gameplay data — your account identifiers, in-game progress, statistics, activity logs, and records of moderation actions tied to your account.
- Technical information — your IP address, device and connection details, and timestamps generated automatically as you use the Servers.
- Donation information — the Servers are free to play, and any payment is a voluntary donation. Where you choose to donate, the transaction is handled by a third-party payment provider; we do not store complete card details.
3. Why We Use Your Information
We rely on the information above to:
- Run, maintain, and improve the Servers and your experience on them
- Set up and manage accounts, roles, and perks
- Apply our Terms of Use and community rules, and review reports or appeals
- Detect and prevent cheating, fraud, abuse, real money trading (RMT), and security threats
- Process voluntary donations
- Keep you informed about updates, changes, and important notices
- Meet our legal obligations
4. When We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in limited situations:
- With trusted providers who help us operate the Servers, such as hosting services, bots, and payment processors
- With our staff, who may access what is needed to enforce the rules
- Where the law requires it, or where sharing is reasonably necessary to protect the safety, rights, or property of any person
- In connection with a transfer or reorganization of the community or its assets
5. Outside Services
The Servers depend on third-party platforms and tools, and following links or using those services means your information may also be handled under their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for how those third parties manage your data, so we encourage you to read their policies.

We retain personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described here, or as required by law. Security and moderation records may be kept longer to help protect the community. Once information is no longer needed, we remove or anonymize it.

We apply reasonable safeguards to guard your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No online system is ever fully secure, however, so we cannot promise absolute protection — keeping your own login details safe is also important.

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), and depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to certain uses, or withdraw your consent. 9. Real Money Trading
Real money trading (RMT) is strictly prohibited on the Servers. Buying, selling, trading, gifting, or exchanging accounts, characters, in-game items, currency, ranks, or perks for real money, cryptocurrency, or anything of real-world value is not allowed. To enforce this, we may monitor, log, and review account activity and transaction records. Confirmed RMT violations result in immediate and permanent account termination.
10. Age Requirement
The Servers are for adults only. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 years of age, or under the legal age of majority where they live if that age is higher. If we discover that such information has been collected, we will delete it and remove the user's access.
11. Updates to This Policy
We may revise this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date below and, where appropriate, let you know through the Servers. Continuing to use the Servers after a change takes effect means you accept the revised policy.
